If you ever experience a visit from the green-eyed monster when around someone, understand it’s not what they have—a great job, car, house, jewelry, family, notoriety, significant other, hair or terrific skin— which is making you jealous. It’s actually their energy—a feeling—that is responsible for the zing of longing. So instead of focusing on the “thing,” hone in on the energy. Embrace it, bask in it, take in every ounce of the abundance, and if you still crave more, then figure out how to get that feeling for yourself.
