I am really impressed along with your writing abilities and also with the format in your blog. Is this a paid subject matter or did you customize it yourself? Anyway stay up the excellent quality writing, it is uncommon to look a nice blog like this one these days..
Thanks so much for the feedback. Many of the formatting ideas are combinations of concepts I pick up visiting different sites. I work with a great designer Mark Demoss who I constantly challenge to keep my site visually fresh. (He always steps up and then some.) The subject matter comes from my day to day experiences, constantly evolving, I hope, like my writing.
