E.L. Chappel author of Spirit Dance/Storm Makers/Coming very soon: The Surge

You have choices. You can choose to stay. You can choose to go. You can choose to stay and set boundaries. You can let go and put the focus on you, what you can control—change, if necessary. You can change how you react to other’s actions. You can see the part you play. You can choose to accept things as they are. Go from feeling helpless to having direction. Go from being frustrated and resentful to being light-hearted, filled with laughter. Believing that if you detach with love from things that aren’t nurturing and nourishing you, you will discover that all things are possible.
