Notes To My Younger Self

Don’t assume you know people. Especially the people close to you. We’re all constantly changing so what was once true, may have shifted without you realizing it. Approach relationships as works in process. Invest time in asking questions. Questions you think you know the answers to. Listen with an open mind so you can pick up details and mindsets that are in transition. Treat each conversation as an opportunity to discover something new. Every time you interact with someone is an opportunity to build and make new connections.
