Notes To My Younger Self:

Fear stems from thinking about what comes next—the next minute, hour, day, week, year; the future. This kind of mindset squanders the moment and will kill your excitement, your ambition, to take on lingering passions for fear of what might happen if you dare to attempt your burning desires. In every experience there’s a lesson. You can choose to run with that lesson or you can take the safe path, block opportunities and stay frozen where you sit. It’s your choice. Know, though, that having experiences and what you do with those experiences is what life is all about.

If you stay in the moment, there’s no space to think about failure. Failure is a worry of the future.
