Notes To My Younger Self:

You are responsible for you. You are not responsible for another person’s happiness, comfort, choices and results and they are not responsible for yours.

You are not required to give more so others will like you or say what you think others want to hear instead of what you really think or feel. You have a right to express your opinions in an appropriate way whether others agree with you or not. You expressing your opinion doesn’t trump or negate another’s opinion, it’s just how you see things from your perspective. You’re okay just the way you are.
