Notes To My Younger Self:

Take your days as they come. One at a time. (One hour or one minute at a time some days.) Resist the urge to worry about what has been or what will be. If a struggle comes up during the day, deal with it. If there’s no struggle, don’t let your mind create one. Stop your thoughts from running possible scenarios, anticipating trouble, filling you with worry about something that may or may not happen. Most of your worries will never happen and you will have wasted time and energy that can’t be replaced. Sounds silly, but trust me, you’ll be tempted. More often than you might imagine.
