Notes To My Younger Self:

When you feel “empty” inside, you may be tempted to think something is wrong and you need to take action to fill the void. All empty means is there’s nothing there—“no-thing” is present. If no-thing is there, instead of a void, what you actually have is open space; a blank slate. With this in mind, approach emptiness inside not as space where something is missing, but as space where opportunity can be born. A space, wide and vast, where you have room to create. Your, personal creative workshop.

See emptiness for the essence of what it is and accept it’s invitation to have a relationship beyond what you could ever imagine.

Nothing is wrong. It was designed to be empty.
