Notes To My Younger Self:

Notes To My Younger Self:
When you’re tempted feel sorry for yourself or another, consider this: Feeling “sorry” holds us in place. We remain stuck where we’re sitting. We can’t move. “Poor them, poor me” doesn’t elevate, it holds our victim in place and doesn’t allow for space to become aware of the pieces inside that need healing in order to become free to move forward.
